There is plenty of room to spread out and relax or take one of the many board games to play on the oversized coffee table.

The stunning open plan kitchen features stone benchtops, gas cooktop, an oven, a huge double door fridge/freezer, a microwave and enough pots, pans and utensils to cook up a culinary masterpiece. There is a coffee machine with complimentary coffee and tea and all the cups, mugs, plates and bowls you could need.

Make use of the island breakfast bar with seating for four, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or to keep the chef company while they are cooking away. Then take your meals over to the elegant dining table and enjoy a night in with good food and good company.

The master bedroom features a huge king bed with super soft bedding, a wall mounted smart TV and a cozy chair with a blanket by the window, the perfect place to curl up and read a book. There is also plenty of storage space with a closet and vintage dresser.

The second bedroom also features a large comfortable king bed with a wall mounted TV, plenty of closet space and a small dresser. The bedrooms have charging stations by the bed to make charging multiple devices easy.

Within the modern bathroom you will find a full size shower/tub combo, with top of the range fittings and fixtures as well as a large stone vanity with sunken basin. There is plenty of white plush towels on offer as well as all the amenities you could need.

Tucked away behind double doors is the laundry where you have full use of the washing machine and dryer. All detergents and fabric softeners are supplied for you.

Outside there is zero-scape landscaping where you have full access to a BBQ as well as free private parking in the garage. You can also park multiple cars in the driveway or on the street.
